The highest applicable shipping rate is charged only once per order, regardless of the number of items purchased.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once your order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

If you wish to return a product, you may initiate the return process after receiving your order in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Item Not Received

If you have successfully placed an order and the tracking information indicates that it has been delivered, but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly to investigate the issue.

Once a shipment has been handed over to the carrier, we have limited control over its handling and delivery. However, if the issue persists, our support team will do our best to assist you.
